The hotel occupies a prime stretch of Myrtle Beach shoreline, with nearly every unit offering direct ocean views - only unit 435 has a side view. Myrtle Beach International Airport is 7 km away (roughly 7.2 to 8 km by road). Attractions such as Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Beach Boardwalk are within 3 km. A range of casual restaurants, including Ultimate California Pizza, Donald's Pancake House, and John's Restaurant, are within 0.5 km. The surrounding area is walkable for dining and sightseeing.

All units are one-level condos except for two penthouse suites, which have a split layout: bedrooms upstairs, living/dining downstairs. Beds are typically two queen beds in a separate bedroom, plus a living area with a sofa bed and/or Murphy bed.
