Olympia Exhibition Centre is 15 minutes on foot and Stamford Bridge football stadium 25-30 minutes. Earl's Court station provides District and Piccadilly lines, reaching the West End and City in under 15 minutes. Heathrow is a direct 45-minute Piccadilly line journey. The surrounding neighbourhood offers M&S Foodhall, numerous cafés and eateries, and a range of supermarkets. Note that the hotel does not have step-free access - guests with mobility concerns should plan accordingly.

Rooms range from singles to family rooms (quadruple). Each room has a private shower and toilet, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, safe, telephone, and free Wi-Fi. Beds are comfortable but some rooms are small, especially for multiple suitcases. Carpeted floors and heating are standard; a fan is provided in lieu of air conditioning. Rooms at the front of the building can be noisy due to street activity and deliveries; back-facing rooms are quieter and may overlook the garden. Basements rooms receive little or no natural light. Soundproofing between rooms is limited. A kettle can be provided on request. No tea/coffee facilities or minibar in rooms - these are available in the shared lounge. The lift serves most floors but some stairs remain.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and includes bread, pastries, butter, jam, and hot drinks. It is a basic continental offering - there is no hot food. Many guests prefer to supplement breakfast at nearby cafés (e.g., Dolci for a fuller meal) or use the self-catering facilities in the lounge (microwave, fridge, utensils) for simple meals. The lounge also has board games and a comfortable seating area with access to the terrace and garden. There is no restaurant or bar on site. Cleopatra restaurant is a 3-minute walk away, and several other dining options exist along Earl's Court Road.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas, though speed can be inconsistent; some have found it insufficient for remote work. The 24-hour front desk can assist with check-in/out and requests. Luggage storage is available before check-in from 9am and after checkout (may incur a charge). The shared lounge on the first floor provides free tea, coffee, a fridge, microwave, and utensils. A terrace with benches overlooks the garden - a pleasant spot for a quiet moment. The hotel has 24-hour security with CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms.
