WYNN'S HOTEL, Dublin

The hotel sits on Abbey Street, steps from O'Connell Street and the Ha'Penny Bridge. The Luas tram stop is right at the door, providing easy access across the city, and Aircoach airport buses stop on O'Connell Street, a 5-minute walk away. Connolly Train Station is about 10 minutes on foot. The immediate area is busy with buskers and passing trams, and street-facing rooms can be noisy until late. The surrounding streets have a mix of shops, pubs, and restaurants, though the area near the hotel entrance sees some foot traffic from people waiting for the Luas and pedestrians. Walking to Temple Bar, Grafton Street, and the Abbey Theatre takes about 5-10 minutes.

Breakfast is a highlight, offering both a continental buffet (breads, pastries, fruits, yogurts, cereals) and a hot menu with options like full Irish breakfast, eggs Benedict, and porridge - all served to the table. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free options are available. The dining room features 19th-century décor, large mirrors, and windows overlooking the street. On Saturdays, a carvery lunch is served from 12:30 PM to 4:00 PM. The bar and lounge serve drinks and a bar menu, and the Saint's & Scholar's Bar offers a relaxed setting. Breakfast is charged at €15 per person. An early continental breakfast can be arranged for those with early departures. The dining room is relatively small, and during peak hours (especially weekday mornings) there can be queues and shared tables.

Leisure options are limited to the on-site bar and lounge areas. The hotel's location provides easy access to Dublin's parks, including St Stephen's Green and Phoenix Park, which are within walking distance or a short Luas ride.

The hotel offers 24-hour reception and security, concierge service, currency exchange, meeting/banquet facilities, and room service. Daily housekeeping is included and free. Luggage storage is free and available for early arrivals or late departures. There is a lift, and the property has facilities for disabled guests. No parking is on site, but a discounted rate (approx. €16/24h) is available at the Irish Life Car Park on Lower Abbey Street - a few minutes' walk away - with a 1.8 m height restriction. The nearest dry cleaner is a short walk on Middle Abbey Street. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited throughout the building. The hotel accepts American Express, Visa, Diners Club, and MasterCard.
