LUGARIS RAMBLA APARTMENTS, Barcelona

The apartment sits on a pedestrian-friendly street lined with cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops. The beach is a 3-minute walk, and there are 24-hour supermarkets within metres. Metro stations Llacuna and Poblenou (L4 line) are a 10-11 minute walk, providing direct access to Barcelona Cathedral and the city centre in about 5 stops. Bus stop with frequent services to the historic centre is a 2-minute walk. The area is quieter than the central tourist zones while still being lively and well-connected. Taxis to La Rambla take 10-15 minutes and cost around €7-10. The neighbourhood is safe and well-suited for families.

Each apartment has a private terrace or balcony with city views. Layouts include 40 m2 one-bedroom units and 50-57 m2 two-bedroom options. All apartments have a separate living/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and Nespresso machine. Bedrooms have double beds and single beds or twin/bunk configurations. There are one or two bathrooms depending on the apartment type. Some apartments have steps at the entrance - inform the property in advance if accessibility is a concern. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and heating. Sleeping quality is generally good, though some external noise is possible from the street or neighbouring apartments.

There is no restaurant at the property. Each apartment has a complete kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and washer-dryer, along with coffee capsules, tea, cooking utensils, and basic pantry items. The surrounding Rambla del Poblenou offers dozens of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants within a one-minute walk. Supermarkets including Condis and a 24-hour shop are next door. For those who prefer to dine out, there are many family-friendly restaurants and bars along the street. A welcome drink is sometimes offered at check-in, and grocery delivery can be arranged for a fee.

The beach is less than 300 metres away - ideal for swimming, sunbathing, or walking the promenade. Poble Nou Park offers green space and a large playground for children just next to the building. The rooftop pool is located at the sister property Lugaris Beach, not at Lugaris Rambla. For leisure, the neighbourhood has boutiques, cafés, and a bohemian atmosphere. The area also provides easy access to walking and cycling trails along the seafront.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. Private parking on site costs €20 per night and must be reserved in advance; it connects directly to the apartments via elevator. Airport shuttle and transfers can be arranged for an extra charge. Reception services include express check-in/out, luggage storage (free until 18:30), concierge service, and tour desk. Babysitting, car rental, and bicycle rental are offered for a fee. Laundry and dry cleaning services are available at an additional cost.
