Fabrizzios Terrace is located on a mostly pedestrian street in central L'Eixample, 200 metres from Tetuan metro station and within easy reach of Girona station. Plaça de Catalunya, Las Ramblas, and the Gothic Quarter are all within a 10-minute walk, making it possible to explore the city centre entirely on foot. The area offers many restaurants, a sushi bar right beside the hostel, and a supermarket nearby. The Aerobus from the airport stops at Plaça de Catalunya, a 10-minute walk away. The location is particularly well-suited for first-time visitors and solo travellers wanting a central base.

Accommodation options include single beds in 4-, 6-, 8-, and 10-bed mixed-sex dormitories, as well as one private single room. Dormitories contain bunk beds, personal lockers (small - for valuables only), a seating area with a desk, and key access. The private single room includes a washing machine, seating area, and heating. All rooms share bathroom facilities with showers, toilets, and hairdryers. Dorm rooms are spacious with large windows that can be opened for ventilation, and fans are provided - rooms facing the pedestrian street tend to be quieter. No balcony or private bathroom options are available.

The included breakfast is a self-service buffet running from 08:00 until midnight, offering bread, croissants, cereals, eggs, yoghurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea, soya and oat milk. Items like eggs can be cooked in the shared kitchen.
