The property overlooks the quiet canals of Cannaregio, with easy access to the main tourist sights. St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge are a 20-30 minute walk or a short water-bus ride away. The water bus stop at Giardino Dei Melograni provides direct links to Murano and Burano. Many kosher restaurants, synagogues, and the Jewish Museum are within a few minutes on foot. The area is calm and secure, with police presence near the entrance, yet well-connected by vaporetto and walking paths.

Rooms are equipped with an LCD TV, safe, minibar, tea/coffee maker, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms offer canal views, while others overlook Campo del Ghetto square. Apartments include a kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, cookware), a seating/dining area, and a sofa - ideal for families or longer stays. Apartments are fully air-conditioned per room. Bed configurations range from one to five beds across one to three bedrooms. Note that some apartments are located in nearby buildings without a lift, involving narrow stairs. Road-facing rooms near the elevator on Friday nights can be noisy; rooms away from the lift provide a quieter stay.

Breakfast is supervised by the Venice Rabbinate (LiMehadrin, Halav Israel, Afiat Israel, Bishul Israel). It is served each morning in the breakfast hall. The property does not have a restaurant or kitchen for guest use on Shabbat (the kitchen closes on Pesach), and there is no facility to warm up external food. A wide selection of kosher restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés are within a short walk in the Ghetto area. Packed lunches are available on request.

The property offers a self-check-in system for arrivals after 20:00. Luggage storage is free before check-in and after check-out until 20:00; a lounge and restroom are available for use during that time. Daily housekeeping, meeting/banquet facilities, and fax/photocopying are available for an additional charge. Safety features include CCTV in common areas, fire extinguishers, and key access. The lift is wheelchair-accessible, and rooms are available with roll-in showers and adapted sinks. The hotel does not have a spa, gym, or swimming pool.

For other leisure, the square of the Ghetto Nuovo provides a quiet courtyard space, and the surrounding Cannaregio area offers easy access to canal walks and local cafés. Board games and puzzles are available for children. There is no swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, or wellness area.
