HOTEL ACTA LAUMON, Barcelona

The hotel is situated on a quiet residential street, offering a calm base away from the tourist crowds. The Sagrera metro station (lines L1 and L5) is five minutes on foot, providing connections to Sagrada Familia (15 minutes), the beach, and the city center. A bus stop is two minutes away for direct routes to Plaça de Catalunya. The neighborhood is well-served by supermarkets, local tapas bars, and casual dining spots within a few minutes' walk. The Avenida Meridiana is easily accessible by car.

Rooms are contemporary and clean but can be very small for some, so they are best suited for short stays or travelers who do not require ample storage. A 135 cm wide single-bed room is available. Apartments offer more space, including multi-bedroom units with two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a washing machine. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, desk, and private bathroom with either a bath or shower. Some rooms have a balcony, which should be requested at booking. Interior noise can be an issue, especially from the lift and corridors, so light sleepers may prefer a higher floor or room away from the elevator.

The breakfast buffet (€14 per person) offers a continental spread with bread, pastries, cold cuts, cereals, fresh fruit, hot drinks, and seasonal items, noted as fresh and well-stocked. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but a spacious lounge serves as a place to relax, work, or enjoy a coffee. For lunch or dinner, numerous local tapas bars and international eateries are within a 5-10 minute walk on foot. A 24-hour vending machine in the lobby provides snacks and beverages.

There are no on-site wellness facilities, in line with its city-focused positioning. For leisure, guests can use the shared lounge area or go to the nearby local parks. The quiet residential area is itself a place for a relaxed stroll.
