The metro lines A and B (and soon C) are within a 2-minute walk, with the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and Spanish Steps just 2-3 stops away. Many central attractions are also within a 20-30 minute walk. While the immediate area is busy with commuters and some transient populations, the station area is well-lit and patrolled, and most travellers find it safe during the day. A supermarket is directly across the street, and dozens of restaurants and cafés are within a 3-minute walk. For drivers: no parking is available on-site, but paid garages exist within a few blocks.

Hotel Marisa offers Classic, Twin/Double, and Family rooms, all recently renewed. Each room includes a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Deluxe rooms are located in an annex building (2 minutes' walk) which may be less convenient for access to reception.

Gluten-free and vegan options are available with advance notice. While the selection is not extensive, it offers good value for the price. There is no restaurant or bar on-site, but the surrounding area has numerous dining options within a short walk, including traditional Italian pizzerias, trattorias, Asian cuisine, and more. A supermarket across the street is convenient for self-catering.

A free tour or class about local culture is also available, and cooking classes are offered at an off-site location.
