Leonardo Express trains from FCO airport reach Termini in about 25 minutes, followed by a 10-minute walk. For car-free travellers, the location is highly practical; the nearest parking is not at the hotel.

Rooms vary noticeably in size and natural light - some are compact, especially single rooms and some triple setups, where space for luggage may be limited. Rooms in the main building (via Viminale) tend to be more spacious and newer than those in a linked building across the street. A historic cage-style elevator serves upper floors but can be slow; the staircase is a practical alternative. Soundproofing is mixed: some rooms are quiet, while road-facing or lower-floor rooms can experience street noise and early-morning sounds from housekeeping. Daily cleaning is standard, and the beds are consistently described as comfortable with orthopaedic mattresses. There are no balconies.

The breakfast voucher entitles you to a set menu (e.g. a hot drink plus a croissant, yogurt, and juice). For a wider selection, the surrounding streets are lined with restaurants, cafés, and pizzerias within a block.
