The location is exceptionally central: the Colosseum is 200 m away, the Roman Forum entrance is across the street, and Piazza Venezia is a short walk. Metro stop Cavour (line B) is 700 m away, and bus stops are 2 minutes on foot - one stop to Roma Termini station. Trevi Fountain is 1 km, the Pantheon and Spanish Steps are within 30 minutes on foot. The neighbourhood of Monti is safe and lined with restaurants and cafes. For airport transfers, a taxi to Fiumicino costs about €70-75. Roma Termini is a 15-20 minute walk or a short €10-15 taxi ride.

Room categories are well-defined: Deluxe rooms (double bed) feature a small balcony with a table and two armchairs overlooking the Roman Forum and Piazza Venezia, plus a bathtub in some. Superior rooms (double/twin/triple) offer views of the Forum and square but no balcony. Classic rooms have a small balcony facing the rear (quieter) without a view. Each room includes a kettle with tea and coffee, a hairdryer (a stronger one is available at reception on request), and a minibar (no refrigerator). Triple rooms have a bathtub; most rooms have a shower. The building is historic, so rooms vary in size - some single rooms are compact and suited for shorter stays. Sound insulation is limited; interior noise from corridors and adjacent rooms can be noticeable. Daily housekeeping is provided.

The hotel does not have a restaurant. A café next door (with a roof garden) serves breakfast and lunch, and provides a discount for hotel guests.
