Everything worthwhile in Cape May-restaurants, boutiques, and Victorian landmarks-is within easy walking distance, making a car unnecessary during your stay. Parking is free on site, though the lot is shared and can fill up during peak periods.

Rooms include air conditioning, heating, and free toiletries. Standard King rooms are on the second and third floors, while Suites (2 doubles + sofa bed) are on floors 2-5, and Deluxe Suites (with balcony privacy walls) on the 6th floor. Pet-friendly rooms are on the first floor. The bathrooms are private with a shower, though some units have the sink outside the toilet/shower area, and lighting in the shower can be minimal. The decor is clean and beachy but some rooms feel dated; units facing the pool and bar can be noisy, and heating/cooling units are temperamental. A comfortable bed and spacious balcony with rocking chairs are consistent positives.

The Barefoot Bar and Restaurant offers a simple, good menu for breakfast and lunch, with poolside seating and live music on certain evenings. Breakfast is not a buffet but a paid à la carte option. The pool bar also serves drinks and snacks. For variety, you are a very short walk from multiple independent restaurants-Aleathea's, Iron Pier Craft House, and 501 Beach at The Marquis are all 0.5 km away.

The pool is heated, features a shallow end, a fence around it, and a pool with a view. Sun loungers and beach towels are available. The pool can become crowded, especially on summer weekends, and the deck area is small. Beach tags are not included with the stay-they must be purchased separately at beach entrances. There is no dedicated gym or spa on site, but the third floor houses a small workout area.
