The hotel sits on a quiet side street off Sathorn Road, yet the BTS station is only a 3-5 minute walk, providing direct connections to Siam, Silom, and the airport link. The area is safe and walkable, with numerous restaurants, cafés, and two 7-Eleven stores within a few hundred metres. Silom Road's nightlife is a 15-minute walk away. For those arriving by train, using the AIA exit at Saint Louis BTS avoids stairs when carrying luggage. The King Power Mahanakhon Tower observation deck and the British Embassy are within easy walking distance.

All rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. The Deluxe Studio offers a queen bed (1.5 m) and can accommodate a child under 4 free of charge when using the existing bedding. Extra beds are available for 500 THB per night. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and two free bottles of water. Noise isolation is effective against street sounds, but rooms facing the corridor can pick up hallway noise. The sealed windows mean no natural ventilation - only central air conditioning. Some Deluxe rooms have locked balconies (non-smoking building). Overall, rooms are considered very good value for the price.
