The hotel is on a side street in a safe residential neighbourhood. Collblanc Metro station (L5 and L9S) is 220 metres away, providing direct access to Barcelona Airport in 30 minutes and the city centre in 20 minutes. Bus stops are within 200 metres, and Sants Train Station is a 10-minute bus ride. Several restaurants, supermarkets, and bakeries are within a 5-minute walk, including options on Carrer de Sants. For football fans, Camp Nou is a 7-minute walk. The area is quiet at night, but some rooms on the street side may experience occasional traffic noise.

The rooms are compact, with limited storage space - there is no wardrobe, only a few hangers and a small shelf. The double room has one bed, while triple rooms include a double bed and a sofa bed. Bathrooms are very small; the shower may leak onto the floor if not used carefully. Some rooms have a balcony (only two in the hotel), while others face an interior courtyard with no natural light and poor ventilation. Sound insulation is minimal, so noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors can be heard. Air conditioning is effective but can be noisy. Daily housekeeping keeps the rooms clean, and towels are changed daily. No hairdryer is provided in the room, but one can be requested at reception. The property has a lift and non-smoking rooms.
