The hotel is situated on 49th Street, directly next to the Eugene O'Neill Theater, placing Broadway shows literally at the doorstep. Times Square is a 2-5 minute walk, and subway stations are around the corner, giving direct lines to Lower Manhattan and Central Park. JFK Airport is 40-60 minutes away; no airport shuttle is offered. The surrounding area feels safe and is packed with 24/7 fast-food options, a supermarket (Food Emporium) within a block, and dozens of restaurants in Hell's Kitchen across the street. The immediate block has major ongoing construction on the adjoining lot (jackhammering from 7am-5pm weekdays, sometimes later), which affects west-facing and some street-facing rooms. Street access may be obstructed by scaffolding or work near the entrance.

Rooms are small - many described as suitable for solo travelers or as a purely sleeping base; two guests with luggage may find the space tight. Bed configurations include single/queen/full/king and a Manhattan 2 Queen Beds suite. The suite (one bedroom with seating area and two beds) is the most spacious option. Boutique Double rooms lack a mini-fridge; most other rooms have one. No coffee machines in rooms - complimentary hot drinks are available in the lobby. All rooms have a private bathroom (shower, hairdryer, basic toiletries, type B sockets), air conditioning, heating, a small closet, ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV with cable and wireless casting. No balcony, microwave, rollaway beds or adjoining rooms exist. Some windows face an adjacent building or internal courtyard with no view or natural light. Road-facing and west-facing rooms are exposed to construction noise; east-facing or courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. The elevator is small - stairs are also available.

Breakfast is not served, but the hotel offers unlimited free hot drinks (coffee, tea, hot chocolate) and a water bottle filling station in the lobby. Several fast-food chains (Applebee's, Olive Garden), casual Italian (Carmine's), seafood (Bubba Gump) and Mexican (Toloache) are all within a 0.3-0.5 km walk. Hell's Kitchen, directly across the street, has a wide variety of dining options. A supermarket (Food Emporium) is steps away for snacks and supplies.

The hotel does not operate a pool, spa, fitness centre, sauna or other wellness amenities. The immediate neighborhood is packed with entertainment - Broadway theaters, Times Square, Radio City Music Hall, and Central Park are all within walking distance. For staying active, the surrounding area offers abundant options for walking and sightseeing.
