The space is tight - enough for a king or queen bed with a narrow walkway around it, and luggage must often be stored under the bed. There is no closet; a small hanging rack (with only a few hangers) sits above the mini fridge and coffee maker. Drawers pull out from under the bed but are partly taken up by the safe and ironing board. Bathrooms are modern but lack counter space for toiletries. King suites offer a private balcony and better views. Rooms on higher floors facing the Empire State Building offer strong city views. Air conditioning, heating, and a safe deposit box are standard. The rooms are clean and recently updated with hardwood-style floors rather than carpet. For light sleepers, road-facing rooms or lower-floor rooms facing a courtyard may be less quiet, and thin walls mean noise from neighbours can carry.

There is no dedicated restaurant or breakfast service. The lobby has a small cafe counter (open from 7:30 AM) selling coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and yogurts at a price. A bar called Pleats is located behind the lobby and offers drinks and a small food menu - several options from the menu may be unavailable on the night.
