The neighbourhood is a quiet business area with many restaurants and cafes nearby, yet remains well connected. The hotel is on a backstreet, so it can be tricky to find on first arrival; using a map app and navigating to the Family Mart at street level is helpful.

Double rooms offer a 140 cm x 203 cm Slumberland bed in a 13 m2 space; twin rooms provide two single beds. All rooms include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. The room is well-equipped with a fridge, seating area, safe, and pyjamas. Rooms are on the smaller side, typical for Tokyo business hotels, and may feel cramped for guests with large luggage. Some rooms have a limited wardrobe or shelf space. The air conditioning is centrally controlled for heating or cooling (not switchable), but the temperature can be adjusted per room. Rooms on the smoking floor may retain a residual smoke smell. Road-facing rooms are noted to be quiet despite the central location.
