The area is well-served by bus and tram lines, with a bus stop often right at the doorstep. For airport transfers, the shuttle can be arranged, and the metro connects directly to Bergamo airport buses. The neighbourhood itself is lively and safe, with numerous restaurants, pizzerias, and supermarkets within a 5-minute walk, including Pizzeria Italiana, Ristorante Vietnamita, and Pane e Tulipani. A 24/7 guarded parking garage is 200 metres from some buildings. The location is rated 9.3, reflecting excellent access to transport, dining, and shopping.

Each apartment is individually managed under the Milan Retreats brand, with layouts ranging from studios to spacious two-bedroom units. All include air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries, as well as a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Kitchens come with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic cookware; some units also provide a tea and coffee maker, electric kettle, and ironing facilities. Many apartments feature parquet floors and modern decor, while others are older and more basic. Balconies or terraces are common but not guaranteed - check the specific room booked. Some units have soundproofing issues due to road noise or thin walls, and a few have reported noise from neighbours or street traffic. Comfort can vary: beds are generally comfortable, but sofa beds in some units are less supportive. Units vary in size; some studios are compact for two guests, while larger apartments comfortably accommodate families or groups. Lift access is available in most buildings.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas and has been noted as fast and reliable. An airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee - €40 from Linate (private car) or €160 from Malpensa (van), bookable after reservation.
