Oktoberfest grounds are within walking distance. A multi-storey car park (Sonnenhof Garage) is 150 metres away, though no on-site parking exists. The Lufthansa express bus to the airport stops at the main station.

Rooms include soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a tea and coffee maker, a wardrobe, and a safe. Bathrooms have walk-in showers with glass walls (no privacy film, so the shower is visible from the room). Some rooms have the sink in the main room and a separate toilet cubicle.
