Located on a main street opposite a large park, the hotel is in a lively neighbourhood with many cafés, bars, and international restaurants within a short walk. Marienplatz and the historic Old Town are reachable on foot in about 10-15 minutes, and Oktoberfest grounds are a 15- to 20-minute walk away. The U-Bahn at Sendlinger Tor (lines U1, U2, U3, U6) connects directly to the main station, the airport (via Hauptbahnhof), and the trade fair area. For those driving, on-site parking is available for a fee, but spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.

Rooms are modern and equipped with a flat-screen TV, work desk, mini fridge, and a washing machine. En suite bathrooms include a shower, hairdryer, and luxury toiletries. Some rooms have a walk-in shower, while others have a bathtub. Air conditioning is available in select room categories and can be adjusted individually. Rooms overlooking the park are quieter and offer garden views; street-facing rooms may still pick up street noise. The single room is compact without a desk or chair. Some rooms have tiled or parquet floors. There are no connecting rooms.

Each morning, the lobby offers free pastries (croissants and pretzels) along with coffee, tea, and cake specialities from the on-site traditional Bavarian bakery Ziegler, open from 07:00. A separate breakfast can be purchased for €5. There is no restaurant on the premises, but the lobby has a coffee machine, snack bar, and vending machines. A discount voucher for the adjacent bakery is sometimes provided. Numerous restaurants and cafés are within a 3-minute walk.

Wellness facilities are not offered. For relaxation, the hotel provides a sun terrace, outdoor furniture, and a shared lounge/TV area. A minimarket on site sells snacks and drinks. The large park opposite the hotel is a convenient spot for walks or runs.
