The hotel is located directly on the Ocean City Boardwalk, providing immediate access to the beach, shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Ocean City Harbor is 300 meters away, and Jolly Roger at the Pier is 1 km. Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport is 38 km. Many restaurants, including Bad Ass Cafe, CA Pizza Kitchen, and Backshore Brewing Co., are within a 0.5 km walk. The boardwalk location means you can easily explore the area on foot, but parking is off-site (see operational notes). The entrance is on the boardwalk, and a wheelchair ramp is available.

Accommodations range from double rooms to suites with separate living areas. All rooms are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a coffee machine. Many rooms have a kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and full-size refrigerator, but no cookware or utensils are provided. Oceanfront rooms offer a balcony with table and chairs, while side-view and city-view rooms are also available. Bed sizes include double, queen, and king; some rooms have a sofa bed. Room sizes vary; some are compact, especially the smallest oceanfront rooms. Furniture may show wear, and some doors are difficult to close due to carpet. One elevator serves all floors and can be slow during peak times.

The hotel houses two dining options: Crepe Daddy, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner, and Cheese Wheel Pasta, an Italian restaurant open for lunch and dinner. Both are accessible from the lobby or boardwalk. There is no free breakfast, but a vending machine with drinks is available. Many restaurants and cafes are within a short walk along the boardwalk, including pizza, seafood, and funnel cake options.

The indoor pool is heated and open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. The seasonal rooftop outdoor pool operates from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and offers ocean and city views. Both pools provide sun loungers and beach towels. A hot tub is located near the indoor pool. The pools are relatively small and may be crowded during peak times. The rooftop pool has a bar area that is not always staffed. The hotel also has a foot bath, and direct beach access from the boardwalk.

Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage storage, safety deposit boxes, and invoice provision. The hotel is wheelchair accessible with a ramp, lift, and accessible parking. Facilities for disabled guests include grab rails and Braille signage. Housekeeping is not provided daily; guests can request towel and amenity replenishment at the desk. A shared lounge/TV area is available. Safety features include CCTV, smoke alarms, and key card access. There is no laundry facility or washer/dryer. Business services are limited.
