Northside Park is directly across the street. McDonald's, Subway, Nitrolicious, Dumser's Dairyland, Dairy Queen, Uber Bagels & Deli and The Abbey Burger Bistro are within 0.3-0.5 km, while Wawa, CVS, pizza places, crab houses and a theatre are three to four blocks away. The boardwalk is a short drive from the property, and Jolly Roger Amusement Park is an 11-minute drive. The area is family-oriented, and free on-site parking makes it easy to combine beach days with trips further into Ocean City.

Each room has a seating area with sofa, flat-screen cable TV, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a dining table, dressing area and carpeted floors. All rooms are set up with two queen beds; family rooms add a full-size refrigerator, four-burner stove with oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, silverware and a sofa bed. Some rooms include a private balcony; those facing Coastal Highway can be requested but are not guaranteed. Some rooms also have a privacy divider, and blackout curtains help keep rooms dark. The property is older and not modern, but the rooms are consistently clean, well maintained, spacious and quiet, with comfortable beds and effective air conditioning. An elevator serves upper floors, and accessible rooms include raised toilets and grab rails.

The motel does not have a restaurant, bar or room service. Vending machines provide snacks and refreshments on site. The outdoor pool is the main leisure facility, with a 10-person limit at any time and a season that runs until October 10.
