The Olympic Stadium, Magic Fountain, and Poble Espanyol are a short walk away. For transport: Metro lines L1 and L3 at Plaça Espanya connect to the centre in 15 minutes; bus 46 and the Aerobus serve the airport directly (12-20 min by taxi, €36-42). The neighbourhood is lively yet quieter than the core, making it suited for families and sightseers who want good transit links without being in the busiest tourist zone.

Rooms range from compact twin studios (some with limited natural light on the ground floor) to one- and two-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 5 (max 4 adults + 1 child under 12). Apartments include a separate living area with a sofa bed and a dining table, plus a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Triple rooms and some twin/double rooms offer a private terrace or ground-floor inner courtyard terrace (request at booking). A few twin rooms are adapted for reduced mobility but note that internal doors are narrow and wheelchair access inside rooms may be tight. Road-facing units can pick up traffic noise; rooms overlooking the inner courtyard are noticeably quieter. Housekeeping provides fresh towels and makes beds daily, but the kitchen and dishes are left for you to manage. Kitchen basics (pans, cutlery, electric kettle) are provided, though some units lack tea towels and dish soap.

Breakfast is served from the hotel's dedicated dining area and offers a rotating selection of bread, croissants, hot eggs, cold cuts, cheese, cereals, yoghurt, and fruit juice. The coffee is basic filter style. For further variety, dozens of cafés, bakeries, and restaurants line the main avenue within a short walk, with cuisines ranging from Spanish tapas to Thai and Italian. The hotel also has vending machines for drinks and snacks.

The rooftop pool is a shallow-end, non-heated outdoor pool with a solarium and loungers; ideal for a cool dip after a day exploring. Opening hours are 09:00-21:00, with morning (09:00-11:30) and evening (18:30-22:00) sessions in summer. The fitness room is compact but functional, equipped with basic cardio and weight equipment. A billiards table is available in the common area, and bicycle rental can be arranged at reception. Note that no spa or wellness centre is on site.
