The hotel sits on a calm side street in the Sternschanze district, surrounded by many cafés, restaurants, and unique shops within a 5-minute walk. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station is an 8-minute walk away, providing direct connections to central Hamburg. The famous Reeperbahn entertainment area is a 15-minute walk, and the Planten un Blomen park is also within walking distance. This location combines a peaceful atmosphere with immediate access to lively neighbourhoods and public transport.

Rooms and suites are individually designed and named after Hamburg districts, featuring a flat-screen TV with Netflix, free Wi-Fi, heating, electric kettle, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. The suite includes a lounge with dining table and a small hallway with a coffee/tea corner and fridge. Please note that rooms are on upper floors without an elevator, and no rooms have a balcony. Rooms facing the courtyard tend to be quieter, while the accommodation is clean and well-maintained, suitable for short stays.
