MY PLACE HOTEL, Hamburg

My Place Hotel provides individually furnished rooms named after Hamburg districts. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, a bathroom, and a cable TV. Rooms reflect diversity in their individual furnishings. The standard room, the cheapest category, is on the ground floor facing the street with similar equipment, size, and comfort to the classic rooms on the upper floors. Classic rooms are on the 1st to 3rd floors. The rooms on the upper floors are accessible via stairs. A bright suite has a lounge with a dining table, a small hallway, a coffee/tea corner, and a fridge. Towels and bed linen are available for the booked number of people. Guests can request a double or single bed when booking a single room; bed size is not guaranteed.

My Place Hotel serves breakfast snacks in the living room from 8 AM to 11 AM. The breakfast includes a variety of homemade jams, one organic egg, cream cheese, butter, one bun, two slices of fresh bread, and unlimited coffee or tea for EUR 9. Drinks from Hamburg companies are available; two bottles of water are in each room, and additional drinks are in the fridge on the ground floor. Guests can prepare warm drinks outside living room hours in the lounge on the first floor, with a coffee/tea corner and a kettle. The Stadtpark café is a shared dining room where guests can prepare their own meals.

From April to September, bikes can be borrowed from reception. Guests can purchase postcards with Hamburg motifs at the aHHoi shop. The hotel provides an interactive list of nearby favorite places with weekly updated tips. Reading material related to Hamburg is available in the living room, including books and magazines. Ferries are part of Hamburg's public transport; Line 62 goes from Landungsbrücken to Finkenwerder. A 1.5-hour walk can be taken along the Elbe from Teufelsbrück towards the city. The Elbe beach at Övelgönne offers harbor views.

My Place Hotel is in the Schanzenviertel, between StPauli, Altona, and Eimsbüttel. The Schanzenviertel is a multicultural neighborhood near Schulterblatt, Schanzenstraße, Susannenstrasse, and Bartelsstrasse. The Karolinenviertel, Marktstrasse, Neue Pferdemarkt, and Wohlwillstrasse are streets where you can discover a lot. The hotel is an ideal starting point for exploring Hamburg. Line 62 starts at the Landungsbrücken station and goes west along the Elbe to Finkenwerder on the other side of the Elbe.

Guests arriving after 6 PM on Sundays/public holidays or after 8 PM on other days should inform the property. A first aid kit is available at reception. Toothbrushes and toothpaste are available at reception upon request. The cosy Wohnzimmer lounge is open during reception hours. You will find containers in every hallway in which you can arrange your rubbish. Individual postcards with beautiful Hamburg motifs are available in the aHHoi shop.
