The hotel is in the quieter west side of Shinjuku, yet within a 10-minute walk to the bustling east side with shopping, dining, and entertainment. JR Shinjuku Station is about 7 minutes on foot, and Tokyo Metro Shinjuku Station is even closer. The Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal (Busta Shinjuku) is a 10-minute walk, with limousine buses to Narita (3200 yen, 1-1.5 hours) and Haneda airports. Nearby attractions include Omoide Yokocho, Kabukicho, and the government building with panoramic views.

Rooms are small by international standards but typical for central Tokyo. Single rooms are 11.8 m2 with a 120 cm bed. Twin rooms have two 110 cm-wide beds (195 cm long) and can be pushed together on request. Double rooms feature a 140 cm bed. Standard Twin rooms cannot be connected but can be on the same floor. Some rooms have city views. All rooms include air conditioning (cooling only, no heat pump in all units), an electric kettle, pajamas, a safe, and a TV with streaming services (Netflix, HDMI). Noise between rooms and from the street can be an issue in some rooms. Rooms facing the road may be noisier. The bathroom is private with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers.

Breakfast is a set buffet with a vegan or non-vegan option. The menu is fixed daily and includes items like miso soup, scrambled eggs, fish, and noodles. Coffee is hot but basic. Lunch and dinner menus are also available. The surrounding streets are packed with excellent ramen, udon, and other Japanese restaurants within a few minutes' walk, including Menya Musashi and Coco Ichibanya. Many convenience stores are close by for snacks and drinks.

WiFi is free in all areas. Luggage storage is free on the day of arrival/departure; for longer periods it costs JPY300 per item per day. The 24-hour front desk can assist with luggage forwarding (domestic shipping), taxi bookings, and local information. Laundry facilities (wash 400 yen, dry 100 yen per 20 minutes) are available. There is no lobby seating; the reception area is compact. An elevator serves all floors. The hotel accepts major credit cards (Amex, Visa, MC, etc.).
