The hotel is situated at the entrance of Tawaramachi Station on the Ginza Line, providing direct access to Ueno, Ginza, and Shibuya. Sensoji Temple and Nakamise shopping street are a 12-minute walk away, while Tokyo Skytree is 2 km. The area is quieter than central tourist hubs but offers numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and Kappabashi Kitchen Town within a 5-minute walk. Haneda Airport is a 30-minute drive; Narita is about 2 hours by train (Skyliner to Ueno, then Ginza Line). Private parking is available on site for ¥2200 per day but cannot be reserved.

The 14th-floor public bath (onsen) with open-air section is free for guests and offers a view of Tokyo Skytree.

The onsen is open daily from 6:00 to 10:00 and 15:00 to 25:00. No reservation or additional fee is required. Swimsuits are prohibited; tattoos must be covered with provided seals (2 small seals per night available at front desk). The women's outdoor bath has a view of the Skytree. There is also a massage service available for an additional charge. Note: there is no swimming pool or spa at this hotel.
