Oshiage Station provides direct Keisei Line access to Narita Airport (54 minutes) and Keikyu Line connections to Haneda Airport (36 minutes). Tokyo Station is 30 minutes by train. The surrounding Oshiage area is quiet but well-served with convenience stores, supermarkets, and dozens of restaurants within a short walk. The Tokyo Skytree complex (shopping, dining, aquarium) is a 5-8 minute stroll away. Sensoji Temple in Asakusa is a pleasant 20-minute walk, and the neighbourhood offers easy access to central Tokyo sights via metro, though major hubs like Shibuya and Shinjuku require 30-45 minutes transit.

Room sizes are typical for Tokyo but can feel cramped for two people with large suitcases - standard rooms have limited floor and storage space. All rooms include air conditioning, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, safe, wardrobe, and hairdryer. Bathrooms are shower-only (no bathtub) except in the suite and universal rooms which have a bath and hot tub. The suite also features a separate seating area. Superior and superior-deluxe rooms on the Skytree side provide direct tower views; standard rooms face the opposite direction. No rooms have a balcony. The rooms have a modern design with wooden accents. Beds in standard rooms (semi-double 140cm wide) are noted as firm; some may find them hard. Deluxe twins have two single beds (92cm wide each). Extra beds are possible only in deluxe or suite rooms for an additional charge.

The hotel does not have a full restaurant. Breakfast consists of bread, croissants, coffee, and tea with limited variety. For a wider meal, the surrounding streets offer numerous dining options within a 3-minute walk - including Japanese, Chinese, and wine bars. The lobby also has a bar/cafe @lobby cafe where beer and wine are available for purchase (draft beer 500 yen). Overall, the complimentary breakfast is suitable for a light start; those wanting a heartier meal can easily find alternatives nearby without going far.

There is no swimming pool, spa, or gym. The rooftop terrace on the 10th floor provides a quiet outdoor space with seating and views of Skytree - particularly popular at night. The lobby area also has comfortable seating with a modern vibe, often used for socializing or remote work. No other wellness or leisure facilities are available.

Parking is not available, so the hotel is best accessed by public transport. Daily housekeeping is provided free of charge. Luggage storage is free before check-in; after checkout it costs ¥2000 unless you have a further reservation. The hotel can ship luggage to other Japanese cities via Yamato Transport (customer pays). Baby cots can be borrowed from the front desk. Safety and security features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and smoke alarms. Pets are not permitted.
