Situated in the port and marina area, the hostel is a short walk from Playa de las Arenas and the marina promenade. Public transport stops (bus lines 95 and 19, tram, metro) are within 4-5 minutes on foot, providing direct routes to Valencia city centre, the City of Arts and Sciences, and the airport (13 km away). The surrounding area offers numerous bars, restaurants, and bike rental within a few minutes' walk. For car users, free white-zone street parking is often available, but no dedicated parking exists.

All rooms are private and include a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and dispensed soap/shampoo. Each room has a work desk, wardrobe, parquet floors, and soundproof walls. Triple, quadruple, and twin rooms also offer a seating area and quiet street views. Road-facing rooms can be noisy from street traffic and late-night arrivals due to thin interior walls. Bedding includes a thin blanket; a thicker one is available but may not always be fresh. Some rooms have no windows or only glass block skylights. Blackout curtains are present but may not fully block bright street lights.

The property does not serve breakfast or have a kitchen. A capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), hot water dispenser, and water station are freely available in the lobby. A microwave is also provided for guest use. The immediate neighbourhood has many bars, restaurants, and cafés within a 2-5 minute walk, including La Tapita Marroqui, Cafeteria Restaurante Pitti, and MiKENGO.

Playa de las Arenas is less than 1 km away, making beach trips easy on foot. The marina and port area offers a pleasant promenade for walks, cycling, and waterside dining. No pool, gym, or spa facilities are available, so all leisure activities are oriented towards the beach, the port, and the city's cultural attractions like L'Oceanografic (3 km).
