The Re di Roma metro station (line A) is about 400 metres away, reaching the Colosseum in 5 minutes and Termini station in 10 minutes. Many of the city's top sights, including Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum, are within a 25-minute walk. The surrounding neighbourhood is safe and residential, yet lined with cafés, pizzerias, supermarkets, and pasticcerias within 300 metres. For airport transfers, take a shuttle bus from Ciampino or Fiumicino to Termini, then two metro stops to Re di Roma. The area is well served by buses as well, giving easy access to all parts of Rome. The quiet street ensures a peaceful night's sleep, while the lively commercial streets are just around the corner.

The property offers double, twin, and triple rooms. Some rooms have a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer; others share a bathroom located in the hallway. Private bathroom rooms are available in double and twin configurations, while shared bathroom rooms are available in double and triple configurations. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, and free toiletries. Several rooms boast a balcony or terrace with city views, an inner courtyard view, or a quiet street view.
