The hotel sits on a quiet side street near Gare de l'Est (lines 4, 5, 7) and Jacques Bonsergent Metro (line 5), both about 5 minutes on foot. Gare du Nord is a 10-15 minute walk. A Vélib' bike station is in front, and a Carrefour supermarket and numerous restaurants are steps away. The Canal Saint-Martin and its bridges are at the end of the street. The location is convenient for rail travellers and provides direct access to attractions, but some late-night corners may feel quiet - the hotel is on a safe street, and reception is staffed 24/7.

Five room categories are available: Solo, Cosy Double, Sojourn Twin, and Superior options. All rooms include private bathroom with shower (standard double) or bath (some superior rooms), safety deposit box, electric kettle, mini-bar or fridge, and ironing facilities. The rooms are on the small side, especially the classic double - space is sufficient for one person with luggage but tight for two. A Superior Double offers more room with a sunny, south-facing street view, while ground-floor rooms overlook a courtyard. Soundproofing is limited; corridor and street-side rooms can pick up noise from neighbouring rooms and doors. The lift is small (max 200 kg).

The breakfast buffet includes continental items (breads, pastries, charcuterie, cheeses, cereals, yoghurt, fruit) plus hot dishes such as omelettes, sausages, and boiled eggs. Coffee, tea, and fruit juice are included. The breakfast room has limited seating, so arrive early to avoid queues. The hotel has no restaurant or bar, but a complimentary hot drink (tea, coffee, chocolate) is available in the lounge each afternoon until midnight. Dozens of cafés, brasseries, and a Carrefour are within a 2-minute walk.
