The apartment consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a separate living room with a sofa bed (190 cm long), and one bathroom with a shower and bidet. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all cookware, plus a tea and coffee maker and a dining table. The tiled floors and seating area with a flat-screen TV give a functional, bright feel. The bedroom bed is a standard double; for two people, that is the designated sleeping area unless the sofa bed is booked for a third person (additional charge applies). The second-floor walk-up (25 steps) and relative quiet from the street make it well suited for a couple or family with two smaller children. Heating and free toiletries are provided.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware for preparing meals. A minimarket is located within the building for everyday needs.
