Apartments range from one-bedroom (sleeps 3) to two-bedroom (sleeps 6, including a sofa bed). All have a private bathroom with walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen (stovetop, fridge, oven, washing machine), and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Many apartments feature private terraces with ocean or garden views. Some units have a sea-view balcony, while others have a terrace without full views. The apartments are generally large and bright, with comfortable beds. Some units may show signs of wear in paintwork or furniture, but overall cleanliness is maintained. No air conditioning is available; fans can be requested. The complex has many stairs, and apartments are not all on one level.

The property does not have a restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. A snack bar is available for light refreshments, and wine/champagne can be ordered. For meals, several restaurants are within a 5-minute walk, including an Italian pizzeria directly opposite the complex, plus a variety of bars and eateries a short walk away. A full supermarket is a 2-minute walk, and an English supermarket is also nearby, making self-catering easy. The kitchen in each apartment is fully equipped for cooking.

The complex has 2 large pools; the main pool near reception is heated during winter, while the other is unheated. A third heated pool is available at the nearby Haciendas Village complex. All pools are fenced, open year-round, and equipped with sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas. Pool towels are provided. There is no spa, gym, or sauna. Golf, tennis, and water sports (snorkelling, windsurfing, jet skiing, diving) are available within a short drive. The quiet, hillside setting offers ocean views, and the terrace or balcony provides a private spot to relax.

Free Wi-Fi is available in rooms and common areas. Luggage storage and express check-in/check-out are complimentary. Reception staff are praised for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
