Private parking is free but very limited, so car users may need to find street parking nearby.

Apartment types include studio apartments with 2 beds and one-bedroom units with separate bedroom, living room, and 3 beds. Each unit has a private bathroom with shower and bidet, a kitchen with stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and kitchenware, plus a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. Many apartments feature large balconies with sun loungers or seating areas, offering ocean or pool views. The decor is described as simple and older in style, but functional.
