The beach is about a 10-minute walk downhill, but the area is hilly, so a rental car is recommended for easier mobility, especially for trips to the centre or beach. Free on-site public parking is available without reservation, making car travel straightforward. The nearest airport is Tenerife Sur Airport, 15 km away.

One-bedroom villas have a balcony with sunbeds and a table, but no private pool-they share a communal pool and do not have air conditioning (powerful fans are provided). Two-bedroom villas also share a communal pool. The three-bedroom deluxe villas (Casa Palmeras and Casa Hibisco) feature private heated pools, larger outdoor spaces, and can sleep up to 6 adults plus 2 children under 12. All villas include a fully equipped kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle, plus a washing machine. Bedrooms are spacious with comfortable super-king-sized beds, and bathrooms have large walk-in showers. The villas are described as clean, modern, and well-equipped, with good storage and high-quality furnishings.

The communal pool is unheated, but the private pools in Casa Palmeras and Casa Hibisco are heated. Sun loungers, beach chairs, and umbrellas are provided free of charge, and pool/beach towels are available. Pool cleaning is done daily. Yoga classes are offered on site, and a golf course is within 3 km for an additional charge. A water park is also accessible off site. Private villas have their own garden/patio space with sunbeds and outdoor dining furniture.
