The beach is a one-hour walk away or easily reached by public transport. Numerous restaurants, bars, cafes, and a large supermarket are within a few minutes' walk. Paid private parking is available nearby.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and washing machine, making it easy to prepare meals. No breakfast is provided on site. The building's immediate area offers a wide choice of dining: Gatsby Barcelona, Ceviche 103, Joblanco Tapas Restaurante Cocktail Bar, and many others are within 0.5 km. A large supermarket is directly next to the building, and a bakery is right next door, open for breakfast items. Guests wanting a quick coffee can also get it at the café at the entrance.

The property offers a shared rooftop terrace that provides an outdoor space, though seating is limited to two seats-additional chairs from the living room can be used.
