OLA LIVING POBLENOU BEACH, Barcelona

The property lies 15 km from Barcelona El Prat Airport and is well connected via metro and bus. The beach is a short walk, and the area offers many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets within a few minutes on foot. Major landmarks such as Sagrada Familia (4 km) and the Picasso Museum (4 km) are easily reachable by metro from the nearby station. The neighbourhood is lively yet not overly touristy, with a safe, walkable street environment for evening exploration. For longer journeys, a taxi from the airport costs around €13, and the main office in the city centre can store luggage before check-in.

Units range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, accommodating 2-6 people. Each apartment includes a living room, a private bathroom with a bath or shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. Kitchens come with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee machine. Beds are generally comfortable, and some rooms are described as quiet and well-furnished on upper floors. However, apartments on lower levels or facing the street can be subject to noise from outside or neighbouring units, and several reports note limited basic kitchen items (e.g., cutting boards, tea towels). The interior design is modern and clean, but some apartments show wear and tear.

The kitchen provides all major appliances and a basic starter kit of oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, and a few coffee capsules. For those who prefer to eat out, the surrounding streets in Poblenou offer a wide variety of dining options at all price points, with several eateries less than 500 m away. While the area is well-stocked with supermarkets including an Aldi just around the corner, the apartment lacks extensive cooking utensils and dish towels, so planning a large meal may require additional supplies. Breakfast at home is straightforward given the coffee machine and toaster.

Mar Bella Beach is a 7-minute walk, offering a wide sandy shoreline. The area is suitable for jogging, cycling, and strolling along the promenade. The building features a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and pleasant views, though availability and hours are not confirmed. Boating and other water activities are also accessible nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet in the evenings yet has a lively daytime atmosphere, with parks and children's play areas within a short walk.

Reception is staffed remotely via WhatsApp and email, with multilingual agents. The building has a lift for easy access, though its reliability has been intermittent. Luggage storage is available at the main office for early arrivals or late departures. The fully digital check-in process includes a security deposit and requires providing personal details; the access code works for the entire stay but does not refresh, so codes should be kept secure. Housekeeping is available mid-stay upon arrangement, and general cleanliness is usually high. Cots are available upon request for families. The property does not allow pets.
