The hotel is in the lively Raval district, within easy walking distance of the Gothic Quarter, Boqueria Market, and the port. Two metro stations - Liceo and Drassanes - are within 5 minutes, providing direct access to Sagrada Familia, Camp Nou, and Park Güell. For airport transfers, the Aerobus stops at Plaça Catalunya, a 10-minute walk away. While the location is excellent for sightseeing, the immediate area can feel less safe late at night, with some streets having a lively nightlife scene. Many restaurants, tapas bars, and a Carrefour Express supermarket are just around the corner.

Standard rooms are moderate in size with simple furnishings. Many rooms have two single beds pushed together rather than a double bed. Rooms facing the street can experience noise from a nearby club until the early hours. Upper-floor rooms overlooking the pool courtyard tend to be quieter. Storage space is limited, and some rooms have no windows or only a small internal window. Superior rooms are larger and face the pool or courtyard. Air conditioning in some rooms only provides heating; cooling function may be inconsistent. The lift provides access to all floors. Housekeeping is daily but has been reported as superficial in some cases.

The hotel does not serve breakfast at this time. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, though each room has a minibar with drinks (chargeable).
