The hostel sits on a main road in the Thon Buri district, about 8 km from Bangkok city centre, a 20-30 minute journey by taxi or Grab. The Chao Phraya River and ICONSIAM mall are a short walk from the property, and the area also contains the ferry point for river transport. Street food stalls, shops and a 7-Eleven are immediately nearby. The neighbourhood is practical for getting around, with Grab services consistently available and a safe, walkable feel for local errands. Don Mueang International Airport is 31 km away; there is no direct shuttle, so advance transport planning is recommended.

Accommodation options include a two-bedroom family suite with a private bathroom, a living room, and city views; Deluxe Double rooms with a private bathroom and a small balcony; and cheaper options such as twin, single and family rooms with shared bathrooms. The shared bathrooms are unisex. Each room provides a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, a wardrobe and a seating area. The family suite, some double rooms and a few other categories have a private entrance. For lighter sleepers, earplugs are provided - street noise is possible at night. The property is consistently clean, and the beds are described as comfortable but firm, creating a practical, home-like atmosphere rather than a luxury finish.

Breakfast must be ordered at least one day in advance, and can be chosen and scheduled via WhatsApp, then delivered to the door at the agreed time. The charge is 200 THB per person. Fruit is provided free of charge. There is no restaurant or bar on site. Several street food stalls and shops are within 0.5 km, and ICONSIAM is within walking distance for sit-down options such as Riverside Terrace or Tsujiri Iconsiam. The property does not have a pool, spa or fitness centre. Massage services can be arranged for an additional charge, but the hostel does not operate its own massage facility. The rooftop terrace on the fifth floor provides a quiet outdoor seating area with city views, suitable for relaxing or using as a smoking area when not occupied. The shared lounge includes a TV area. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00; early check-in may be available for a fee subject to availability. After 21:00, self check-in is offered with a simple online registration and code-based entry. Check-out is until 12:00. Luggage storage is free and available from 10:00 AM onwards. Daily housekeeping keeps rooms and common areas tidy. Laundry and fax/photocopying are available for an additional charge, as are meeting/banquet facilities. WiFi is free throughout the property. Security includes 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas and outside, and fire extinguishers. There is no lift - the family suite is on the second floor, double rooms on the third, and the terrace on the fifth.
