Winter Park Amtrak Station is 500 metres away, making rail access convenient. Universal Studios Orlando is a 23-minute drive. The area is highly walkable, with dozens of dining and shopping options within a few blocks. The central park hosts a weekly farmers market. Note that the train line runs adjacent to the property, so rooms on the back side may hear passing trains.

All rooms include cable TV, en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, and heating. Room types include Standard Queen, Deluxe, Parkside Balcony (queen with balcony), King Suite (with sitting area and balcony), Two-Bed Deluxe (queen and twin, no balcony), and Two-Bed Suite (queen, twin, sleeper sofa, balcony). Balconies are shared but separated by potted plants for privacy. Bathrooms are private but some are very compact, with a step-up entry. In-room amenities: hair dryer, no mini-fridge or coffee maker (lobby has coffee/tea). Refrigerator space is available through the front desk. Maintenance and cleanliness vary; some rooms show signs of age with issues such as broken shutters, mold, or worn furniture. Rooms facing the front (Park Avenue) are generally quieter than those facing the train tracks.
