PARK TOWER INN, Pigeon Forge

Park Tower Inn sits in a prime Pigeon Forge location, set back from the busy Parkway for relative quiet. Dollywood is 4 km away, and The Grand Majestic Theater is just 2 km. The Island in Pigeon Forge, with its ferris wheel, dining, and shopping, is a short walk. Several restaurants, including TGI Fridays and Sawyer's Farmhouse, are within 0.5 km. McGhee Tyson Airport is 56 km from the property. Free on-site parking makes it easy to explore the area by car, though many local attractions are reachable on foot.

Accommodation ranges from double rooms to large suites. All rooms include a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a seating area. Some rooms have a balcony (limited availability) and offer views of the Parkway or the mountains. Family rooms sleep up to six and may include bunk beds or a sleeper sofa. King rooms with a private jacuzzi tub are available. The property is dated: worn carpets, older furniture, peeling paint, and occasional maintenance issues are common. Cleanliness reports are mixed, with some rooms found to be well-kept and others less so. Soundproofing is minimal; rooms on lower floors or near elevators can be noisier. Overall, the accommodation suits those who prioritize space and location over modern decor.

The property has no restaurant or bar. A paid breakfast (currently $5 per person, children under 5 free) is served in the breakfast room when the facilities are not closed for renovation. The breakfast has included items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, cereal, and bagels. Breakfast times and menu can change without notice, and coffee and juice are provided. For more variety or guaranteed meals, dozens of restaurants are within a half-mile walk, including Sawyer's Farmhouse, TGI Fridays, and Margaritaville.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. Free on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis (no reservation needed). The front desk is staffed 24 hours and can assist with tours. Handicap-accessible rooms and elevators are available, though some elevators have been reported out of service during renovation periods. A lift is present. The on-site minimarket stocks snacks and drinks. Laundry and meeting/banquet facilities are offered for an additional charge. An ATM is available on-site. Housekeeping is provided, and staff have been described as friendly and helpful.
