Riverchase Lodge is situated along the main Parkway, placing it within easy walking distance of Dolly Parton's Stampede and a short drive to Dollywood (2 km) and The Grand Majestic Theater (5 km). The Island in Pigeon Forge is also nearby, offering dining and entertainment options. McGhee Tyson Airport is 59 km away. While traffic on the strip can be heavy, the hotel's location provides quick access to attractions, restaurants, and the Pigeon Forge trolley. Free on-site parking is available with a reservation, which simplifies getting around by car.

The indoor pool area has a hot tub and slide, but is not heated for air temperature - the room can feel cold. Pool water temperature varies; the indoor pool may not be warm. A children's pool is also available. Families with kids often spend most of the time at the pools. Pool towels are not provided in the pool area.
