The property fronts Gore Creek, with a scenic walking path connecting to Lionshead Village and Cascade Village. Free in-town shuttles stop just outside, providing car-free access to Vail Village. Eight restaurants - including Tavern On The Square, Moe's Original BBQ, and Blue Moose Pizza - are within a 5-minute walk. The Market at Vail grocery store is also walkable. The location is quieter than Vail Village while still being immediate to the slope and lift.

Units are individually owned, so fit and finish vary. Most include a gas fireplace, king or queen bed, living/dining area, and a balcony or patio with mountain or creek views. Full kitchens are equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, and a tea/coffee maker. Select 2-bedroom+ units include a washer and dryer. Bathrooms vary: some are compact, others spacious; a few have roll-in showers (request upon booking). Some units feature bunk beds ideal for children. Evening light from electronics and exterior security lights may be bright in darker rooms; front desk can help with temporary solutions. One-bedroom units are practical but may feel small for extra space.

There is no restaurant or bar at the property, so meal planning relies on the fully equipped kitchen in each condo or the many restaurants a short walk away in Lionshead Village. A Thursday evening wine and food hour is included. The lobby provides complimentary Nespresso coffee and hot chocolate daily. A grocery delivery service is available for a fee. A free seasonal shuttle can take you to the supermarket. No breakfast is served on-site.

The pool area features a heated pool with a shallow end, swimming pool toys, and views of the creek and mountain. Two large hot tubs with strong jets are included. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided. The fitness centre has cardio equipment and free weights, with access to locker rooms. A dry sauna is available. Yoga classes are offered. The pool and hot tub operate on a reservation system (one-hour daily slots, maximum 24 people per hour) and may close temporarily. Ski rental is available on-site, and the property offers ski storage at the base of the mountain.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout. Daily housekeeping is included for trash and towel service (deep cleaning is offered for a charge). Luggage storage and lockers are free. A complimentary shuttle runs to Vail Village and the supermarket; no airport shuttle exists. Ski valet at the gondola base and free ski storage are provided. Pets are allowed on request (call directly; charges apply). Business centre, meeting/banquet facilities, and fax/photocopying are available for a fee. Concierge service, ATM on-site, and safety deposit boxes are offered. Laundry and dry cleaning are available for an additional charge.
