The apartments sit on Avenida San Pío XII, a major six-to-eight-lane avenue bordering Turia Park. The Turia metro station is under 5 minutes on foot via the shopping centre, giving direct access to the city's historic core, arts and science museums, and the Bioparc (25 minutes walk or 5 minutes by taxi). The airport is about 20 minutes by taxi (€9-10). Hop-on-hop-off bus stops are nearby. Car-free guests find the metro and bus network sufficient, but the surrounding area includes large parking lots and vacant lots that can feel less inviting after dark. Those driving will use the paid mall car park across the street.

Accommodation options include Standard, Familiar and Triple one-bedroom apartments, plus two-bedroom units for larger groups. Every apartment has a double bed (or twins on request), a sofa bed in the living room, and a private bathroom with a large shower. Some units have been recently renovated and include double-glazed windows, tiled floors and modern fixtures. All apartments have air conditioning and heating that functions well, a flat-screen TV with streaming access, a work desk area, and a washing machine. The main factor affecting comfort is the avenue-facing apartments: thin walls and single-glazed windows in older units transmit road traffic noise throughout the night. Light sleepers should prioritise higher floors or apartments overlooking the internal courtyard. Some rooms may have a dated decor pattern rather than the photographed model, and bathrooms in certain older units lack ventilation windows. The sofa bed is comfortable, but cleaning frequency is limited to check-in and upon request.

The apartments do not offer breakfast or a restaurant. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing-up kit and basic starter supplies (coffee capsules, tea, oil, salt). The Nuevo Centro mall across the street contains a Mercadona supermarket for groceries, plus fast-food outlets including Domino's Pizza, McDonald's, Taco Bell, Foster's Hollywood and a sit-down Italian restaurant. Several tapas bars and cafés are within 5 minutes walk. Guests who prefer a cooked breakfast can easily shop and prepare it in the apartment. For special dinners, the old city centre's restaurant quarter is 15-20 minutes walk through Turia Park.

The park offers a 9 km linear stretch for walking, jogging, cycling and picnicking, with playgrounds, bike rental kiosks, and sports facilities. Turia Park leads directly (within 20-30 minutes walk) to the City of Arts and Sciences complex, including the Oceanogràfic aquarium. The Bioparc Valencia is about 25 minutes on foot or a 5-minute taxi ride. There is no on-site pool, spa or gym, but a commercial gym operates in the adjacent shopping centre. Beach access requires a 30-minute bus ride (line 99, €2 ticket) or a taxi. For evening leisure, the area around Nuevo Centro includes a cinema and bowling alley.

All apartments include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a lift, and secure key-card entry. Luggage storage is available during reception hours for early arrivals and late departures. The building has two elevators and upper floors are accessible. Parking is arranged with the Nuevo Centro car park (€15/day, no reservation needed). An airport shuttle can be booked for an additional fee. Reception can provide invoices and tour advice. No daily housekeeping is included, but fresh towels and bed linen can be requested. The building has CCTV and fire extinguishers in common areas. Contactless late check-in is supported for the paid reservation after 22:00.
