The apartment is located in the historic centre inside a limited-traffic zone, making it impossible to drive up to the door. A nearby garage booking (€30-45/night) is essential for car users. Once parked, the location is ideal for exploring on foot - the Uffizi Gallery is an 8-minute walk away, Ponte Vecchio is 400 metres, and Santa Maria Novella station is a 12-minute walk. The Oltrarno neighbourhood offers a quieter, more local atmosphere than the bridge side, with many restaurants and cafés within a 5-minute walk. Florence Airport is 10 km away.

The apartment comprises one bedroom with a standard double bed (160x190 cm), one bathroom with shower and free toiletries, and a living room with a seating and dining area on a mezzanine level above the kitchen. The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, oven and kitchenware, plus a washing machine for longer stays. Air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities and parquet floors are provided. The bedroom and bathroom are on the same level as the main entrance (first floor, 20 steps up, no lift). The mezzanine is reached via a little, steep internal staircase. The apartment overlooks an inner courtyard, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. The sofa in the living room is not a fold-out bed.

The apartment does not offer breakfast, a restaurant or a bar. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, kettle and cookware for self-catering.
