Eight restaurants are within a 0.3-km walk, and convenience stores are nearby. The station is a 5-10 minute walk, and the area is lively yet feels separate from the busiest commercial zones. Street noise can reach upper-floor rooms, though the building is set back from main roads.

A café on the ground floor serves coffee, pastries and breakfast for a fee; no restaurant or meal service is available.

The Kimi Natural 73+ Café offers Australian-style coffee, pastries, and a breakfast menu (not included in the room rate). It can get busy in the morning, but the quality is well regarded. For other meals, a wide choice of restaurants, bars and eateries is within a 0.3-km radius of the property. A shared refrigerator and microwave are available for storing and heating your own food.

A free cypress-wood public bath is available by reservation; there is also a rooftop terrace.

The ofuro (Japanese bath) is made of cypress wood and can be reserved daily between 4pm and 11pm. It is a single-user bath, so advance booking is essential - reserve at the front desk. A rooftop terrace provides open-air seating with views over the neighbourhood. Coin-operated launderettes are on site. There is no gym, spa or swimming pool.
