LYURO TOKYO KIYOSUMI BY THE SHARE HOTELS, Tokyo

The hotel sits in a peaceful area along the Sumida River, away from main roads. The nearest subway station (Kiyosumi-shirakawa) is about 11 minutes on foot, and Suitengu-Mae Station is a 13-minute stroll. Tokyo Skytree is a 25-minute walk or short train ride away, and Asakusa is reachable in about 30 minutes by train. Tokyo Disneyland is a 50-minute train ride. For airport access, the limousine bus from Tokyo City Air Terminal (10-15 minutes walk) connects to Haneda (45 minutes) and Narita (90 minutes). A taxi to Tokyo Dome takes about 15 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet and offers a pleasant riverside promenade for walking or jogging.

The hotel offers a mix of private rooms and dormitories. Private rooms range from Double to Quadruple, with options for shared or private bathrooms. River-view rooms (Moderate with River View, Superior with River View) feature large windows and often a bathtub with a view of the Sumida River. Quadruple rooms with shared bathroom include a basin and mini-fridge, with a shared kettle and microwave on the floor. Dormitory bunk beds measure W950mm x H1950mm, with curtains for privacy and a small locker. Selected rooms have a 43-inch TV. All rooms are air-conditioned and come with basic amenities. Many rooms have windows; road-facing rooms can be noisier. The hotel is quiet at night, even in dormitories. The building has a lift.

CLANN BY THE RIVER is open for breakfast (07:00-20:00, closed Thursday) and offers a continental breakfast for 1650 JPY. The breakfast includes a choice of bread or rice, with seasonal soup, clam chowder, and waffle plates. The restaurant also serves European and grill/BBQ dishes for dinner, with a limited but quality menu.
