The hotel occupies a UNESCO-protected building on a lively pedestrian street lined with market stalls and bars. Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square are just 200 m away; Charles Bridge is 700 m and Prague Castle 2 km on foot. Můstek Metro Stop is 100 m away, providing quick access to Prague Main Station (1 km) and the airport (20 minutes by car or shuttle). Numerous restaurants and cafes are within a 3-minute walk: Restaurace Mlejnice, U Zlateho Slona, Angelato, and Patisserie Jolie are all about 0.5 km away. The immediate area is the tourist and nightlife hub, so street noise can be high on weekend evenings.

Rooms are individually decorated and include satellite TV, minibar, kettle, safe, free Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom with shower. Standard rooms are small - some described as suitable only for one person even with two beds - while larger options include a suite with vaulted ceilings, interconnecting rooms for families, and two-bedroom attic apartments with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. One extra bed can be added to some room types. Rooms have electric fans (no air conditioning), and street-facing units can be very noisy at night. A single deluxe room is available on the first floor. There is no lift, and upper rooms require climbing 70+ stairs, so lower-floor rooms are strongly recommended for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. The building does not have balconies.

The hotel does not serve breakfast and has no restaurant or bar. A kitchen area in the common spaces offers snacks and tea/coffee facilities throughout the day. The surrounding streets are packed with restaurants and cafes within a 3-minute walk: Zebra Asian Noodle Bar, U Modre Kachnicky II, and Pasta Fresca are all close. Many coffee shops serve morning meals making it easy to eat out. There is no coffee machine or refrigerator in standard rooms, so guests wanting cold drinks should use the nearby convenience stores.
