The tram stop at Malostranská is about 5 minutes on foot, providing direct connections to the airport and other parts of the city. The street is quiet at night, with nearby pubs and restaurants closing by 11pm. While many attractions are within walking distance, be prepared for cobblestones and steep inclines, especially when returning from the city centre. Key landmarks like St. Nicholas Church, Strahov Monastery, and Petřín Park are within easy reach.

The residence offers 15 unique units, ranging from cosy studios to two-bedroom apartments and penthouse suites. Many feature original painted wooden ceilings, arched ceilings, wooden beams, and parquet floors, with modern updates including air conditioning, heating, and soundproofing. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower or bath (some with a jacuzzi bathtub), free toiletries, and a hairdryer. All units include a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette with a stovetop, fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Room sizes vary from spacious doubles with city views to larger apartments with separate living areas and multiple bedrooms. Courtyard-facing rooms offer quiet and privacy, while top-floor rooms provide panoramic views over the city and castle. The building has no elevator, and upper-floor rooms require climbing several flights of stairs.

The Antique Café on the ground floor serves breakfast for a fee (around 7 EUR), offering a convenient option to start the day within the same building. There is no restaurant on site, but the location is surrounded by a variety of dining options within 0.5 km, including Italian, seafood, pub-style, and international restaurants. A coffee house is also available on the property. For self-catering, the fully equipped kitchenettes in each apartment allow guests to prepare their own meals, and supermarkets are within easy walking distance.
