The hotel sits on a quieter street a half-block off Bourbon, allowing for easy access to the French Quarter's nightlife, restaurants and attractions without the direct noise. Despite its central position, the majority of rooms remain calm, making it a practical base for both day and evening exploration. Within a 5-minute walk are top eateries such as GW Fins, Arnaud's and Bayona. The St. Charles streetcar line on Canal Street is a 10-minute walk, providing access to the Garden District and Tulane University. For airport transfers, the most reliable option is a taxi or rideshare as no shuttle is offered.

All guest rooms feature a European-style decor, a Keurig coffee maker, mini-refrigerator, in-room safe, iron, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, and most have a walk-in shower. Deluxe Rooms are well appointed with elegant furnishings, while suites offer more spacious layouts with sitting areas or parlours - ideal for families or longer stays. Some rooms are compact; the 2-Queen Deluxe Room is notably tighter than the standard 2-Queen room, with beds placed against walls. Room 107 is next to staff areas and a speed bump, making it less ideal for light sleepers. A limited number of roll-away beds are available for $20/night on a first-come, first-served basis, and some suites feature sofa-sleeper beds. Two ADA-compliant rooms are available upon request.

Cafe Conti serves healthy breakfasts and lunches with a focus on Creole and French dishes, plus espresso beverages and pastries. It is a convenient option for a quick morning meal before exploring. The Bombay Club offers a dinner menu of gastropub items, New Orleans cuisine and Indian-inspired dishes, complemented by an extensive list of craft cocktails, single malts, ports, bourbons and premium cigars. Live piano music plays Sunday through Thursday evenings, and the bar features a lively courtyard. Note that dining charges cannot be added to the hotel room bill - payment is collected separately at each venue. A vending machine with drinks and snacks is also available on site.

All guests of Prince Conti can use the serene courtyard and pool at Hotel St Marie (830 Conti Street's sister property) free of charge. The pool is a convenient way to cool off after a day in the Quarter. There is no spa or wellness centre on site.

The 24-hour front desk can assist with tours, taxis and local recommendations. Luggage storage is available free of charge both before check-in and after check-out, allowing hands-free exploration. Valet parking is the only parking option, costing $42/night with unlimited access. A security deposit of $100 is held at check-in for incidentals. The hotel provides cots/pack 'n plays on request, and has a lift and two ADA-compliant rooms. There is no on-site laundry service or washing machine. Pets are not allowed.
