The Museum of Military History is 600 metres from the hotel, while the Vienna State Opera is 3 km away. The immediate vicinity has several restaurants and bars within 500 metres, and a supermarket is nearby. The area is quiet and safe, though mainly commercial with offices and hotels.

Each room features a double bed, air conditioning, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV, heated bathroom floors, and a hairdryer. The decor is modern, minimal, and colourfully styled. Rooms are spacious for city standards but lack a wardrobe, wardrobe, tea/coffee-making facilities, minibar, or safe - only a small shelf and few hangers are provided for storage.
