The hotel sits on a small, traffic-free dead-end street off the main thoroughfare, ensuring quiet despite being steps from the city's major sights. U1 and U4 underground lines are within a few hundred metres, providing direct connections to Schönbrunn Palace and the Vienna International Center. Schwedenplatz, a transport hub for trams and the airport shuttle bus, is a 5-minute walk away. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 300-metre radius. The airport shuttle from Vienna International Airport stops at Schwedenplatz, making the arrival seamless. Parking is in a nearby garage (5-8 minutes' walk). This location works well for both car-free city exploration and those arriving by public transport.

Rooms are designed in a classic Viennese style and are clean, with comfortable beds. A range of room types is available: quadruple rooms with a private bathroom (bath, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, 2 beds and 1 futon); economy twin rooms with a private external bathroom (washbasin in the room, shower and toilet in a private corridor area); comfortable double rooms with a spacious bathroom and often a welcome box of chocolates. Air conditioning is present in most rooms but not all; rooms without it can feel warm in summer. Road-facing rooms may pick up noise from the alley, so requesting a room at the back is recommended for light sleepers. Rooms are well-maintained and have hairdryers, safes, and heating. No extra beds are possible.

The breakfast buffet is generous by 3-star standards, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty items such as bread, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, yogurts, and hot options (e.g. scrambled eggs, bacon).
